A mountain hotel in the heart of the Ruta de las Flores, designed and built by Modulare from the ground up.
Hotel María Isabel is in Concepción de Ataco, one of the most colorful towns in El Salvador: cobblestone streets, murals, weaving workshops and cool mountain weather. Its location is strategic: right on the Ruta de las Flores, the most visited route in western El Salvador, minutes from Apaneca, Laguna Verde and the area's coffee farms.
Modulare led the whole project, from the first sketch to the finished building, with one clear idea: guests should feel they are arriving at a mountain home, not a generic hotel. The pergola overlooking the mountains, the garden with its fire pit and the rooftop terrace create an intimate, authentic experience made for enjoying Ataco slowly.
The hotel belongs to Grupo Amate, a Modulare partner company. It is fully operating today, and the group is preparing to open its first San Salvador location, also being designed and built by Modulare.
